Antigua and Barbuda has welcomed the arrival of a group of nurses from Ghana, marking a significant development in the country’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its public healthcare system.

These nurses are replacing those who were recently sent back to Cuba after the government ended its arrangement with Havana.
