The General Manager of the Antigua and Barbuda Port Authority has made the decision to block Business Owner Ewart Isaac from entering the port compound following what has been described as a confrontation at the facility recently.

Ewart Isaac
According to Darwin Telemaque, the action comes after reports that Isaac blocked the gate that releases cargo and refused to comply with instructions issued by port security officers during the incident.
Telemaque indicated that Isaac’s alleged conduct disrupted operations and raised security concerns, prompting management to intervene.
When Isaac, the owner of Ewart Isaac Trucking Services, arrived at the port this morning, he was denied entry.

Ewart Isaac’s truck
Speaking to Antigua.news, Isaac maintained that he did nothing to justify what he described as a drastic and punitive measure.

The driver should be the one who denied entry at the port, not the truck. The truck owner should be notified the day the incident occurred so he can send another driver.
The driver was the owner of the truck
That’s why he was denied entry
Ah you no like to follow rules and regulations. Very entitled. Is not your place if they tell you to move
Just move
