St. John’s, Antigua – The United Progressive Party Caretaker for St Mary’s North, Senator Jonathan Joseph has made a significant donation to the St. John Hospice, reinforcing his longstanding commitment to supporting palliative care services in the country.
Senator Joseph, who has maintained a relationship with the hospice for several years, assisting with the organization’s fundraising efforts, delivered eight boxes of adult incontinence products to the facility.

Senator Joseph expressed how important it is to support those in need and noted his personal connection to the institution, with his cousin and a former staff member taking residence at the hospice.
“An organisation like the hospice needs as much help as possible, financial or even supplies,” said Senator Joseph. “I have a passion for the less fortunate, and it means a lot that I’m able to make this contribution.”

The Senator encouraged others in the community to contribute to the hospice, whether through monetary donations or supplies.
Pauline Christopher, Administrator at St. John Hospice, expressed gratitude for the donation.
“This donation will go a long way in helping us to continue to provide the palliative care services to our patients and communities at large,” Christopher said. “We are so appreciative of persons like him who have that deep connection to the hospice and their dedication and commitment to seeing the work of the hospice continue.”
