The police have apprehended and formally charged 31-year-old Xavier Alexis Davis from All Saints following the discovery of firearms and ammunition during an operation in the Mack Pond area.

Davis faces charges for:

  • Possession of one (1) 9mm Canik Mete MC9 pistol

  • Possession of one (1) Glock 43X 9mm pistol

  • Possession of one (1) 30-round magazine

  • Possession of one (1) 12-round magazine

  • Possession of ninety-three (93) 9mm rounds of ammunition

  • Possession of one (1) .25 round of ammunition

These charges arise from an operation carried out by officers from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Task Force on Monday night.

The accused is anticipated to appear in court on Wednesday.
