Senator Kiz Johnson and Minister Rawdon Turner
The first home to be refurbished under the HAPI programme in St Philip’s South is now set to move forward, following the delivery of building materials to the community.
Minister Rawdon Turner joined residents in St Philip’s Village as materials arrived for the home of Sean Limerick, affectionately known as “Tony.” The atmosphere was one of optimism and unity, with community members gathering to show their support as the long-anticipated project officially got underway.

In a true display of village spirit, several young men who were passing through stopped to lend a hand with offloading the materials, highlighting the strong sense of togetherness that continues to define the area.
The initiative marks a significant step in improving housing conditions for vulnerable residents and reflects the ongoing commitment to social upliftment within the constituency.

Organisers expressed sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Social and Urban Transformation for its continued and invaluable support in making the project a reality.
