The Police have officially identified the male victim who lost his life in an alleged stabbing incident at Lion’s Estate in New Field as 38-year-old Daniel Lewis from Glanvilles.
Initial investigations suggest that the incident took place during the early hours of Monday, March 16, 2026.
It is reported that the deceased entered the residence of a local resident in the New Field area, which led to a confrontation.
During this altercation, Mr. Lewis is said to have suffered a wound to the lower part of his body. Emergency responders arrived at the scene; however, he was pronounced dead around 8:38 a.m.
Investigations by the police into the circumstances of this incident are currently ongoing.
