“I am indeed happy that the Court has looked at the weight of the application and determined that until the matter is finally determined the people of St Phillip’s North must certainly have a voice in the Parliament,” Marshall stated.

The ABLP maintains that the people of St. Philip’s North spoke clearly and confidently, and this latest development allows their chosen representative to continue focusing on delivering meaningful representation and development for the constituency.

The party remains committed to upholding democratic processes and respecting the rule of law, while ensuring that the mandate given by the electorate is honored.

The ABLP thanks the residents of St. Philip’s North for their continued confidence and looks forward to reaffirming their support in the upcoming polls, as we continue advancing initiatives that improve the quality of life for all constituents.

  1. Hi you all leave out a very important fact: injunction denied, yes, but the case moves forward.

The Court ruled that there is a serious issue to be tried and that it should be tried expeditiously. The Court further ordered that the parties should file by April 8, 2026 and the return to Court on April 13, 2026, when directions will be given for a speedy trial.

I expect with the kind of money your boss have , you guys should be reporting fairly and without fear or favor. Cause you shouldn’t need to be in anybody’s pocket.

    you all do better please
