A 46-year-old woman has died following a vehicular crash in Freetown on Friday evening.
According to initial reports, the woman was driving a rental vehicle shortly after 7 p.m. when the incident occurred. It is believed she may have lost consciousness moments before the vehicle crashed into a fence.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but she was pronounced dead shortly after.
