
JCI Antigua Hosts 11th Annual Professionalism in Customer Care Seminar

On Thursday, 26th March 2026, JCI Antigua hosted its 11th Annual Professionalism in Customer Care Seminar at the Villa Community Centre, bringing together more than 35 attendees from several companies and businesses across Antigua and Barbuda.
The seminar underscored the importance of customer care in the day-to-day operations of businesses and highlighted the vital role that service excellence plays in customer satisfaction, business reputation, and organisational success.
Participants benefited from engaging and insightful presentations on a range of relevant topics, including:
