Antigua and Barbuda’s young athletes have returned home following their participation in the CARIFTA Games held in Grenada over the weekend, marking the end of another spirited regional showing.
The team arrived to a warm welcome from family members, supporters, and officials, after representing the nation on one of the Caribbean’s biggest junior athletics stages.

Throughout the competition, the athletes competed across a range of track and field events, demonstrating determination, discipline, and national pride. While some delivered standout performances, the overall experience is being hailed as a valuable opportunity for growth and development.
The CARIFTA Games remain a key platform for nurturing future stars, and the Antigua and Barbuda team’s participation underscores the country’s continued investment in youth athletics.
