ABLP billboard, one of many around the island
With the April 30 general election fast approaching, the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) has ramped up its campaign visibility across the country, with massive billboards and party paraphernalia now dominating constituencies island-wide.

From major roadways to community entrances, large red campaign signs featuring Prime Minister Gaston Browne and his slate of candidates have become a common sight. The displays, many branded with the party’s “Renaissance” theme, signal a strong and coordinated push as the party positions itself for re-election.
In addition to billboards, campaign materials including banners, flags, and other promotional items have been widely distributed, adding to the heightened political atmosphere.

Constituencies across Antigua are now heavily branded in red, reflecting what appears to be a well-resourced and highly mobilised campaign effort.

With both major political parties intensifying their outreach, the build-up to election day is becoming increasingly evident on the ground, but ABLP’s early and expansive display suggests it is leaving little to chance.

It costs roughly 16k for these billbaords you mean to tell me the government couldn’t find something else to put that money to? So many people need homes. Come on man!
