According to eyewitness accounts, the man reportedly was acting strange when spotted at the nearby gas station.

The driver was moving at such a speed that he destroyed the fence of the neighbouring fence.

Antigua.News arrived on scene at 11:00 as the United Progressive Party was hosting its election launch on Knuckle Block.

We will provide further updates including the response from the Leader of the Opposition Jamale Pringle and an official report from the police as we get them.
