The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) is set to officially launch its 2026 General Elections manifesto today during a major event at the American University of Antigua (AUA).
The highly anticipated launch is expected to bring together party leadership, candidates, supporters, and key stakeholders, as the ABLP outlines its vision ahead of the April 30 general elections.
Prime Minister and Political Leader Gaston Browne is scheduled to deliver the feature address, where he is expected to highlight the party’s policy priorities and strategic direction for the next term. He will be joined by Party Chairman E.P. Chet Greene and several candidates contesting the upcoming elections.
Party officials have described the event as a significant moment in the campaign, with representatives from the private sector, civil society, and other interest groups expected to be in attendance.
The manifesto launch will centre around the ABLP’s 2026 campaign theme, “The Renaissance: A New Era of Progress and Development,” which the party says reflects its continued focus on economic growth, infrastructure development, and national advancement.
The event forms a key part of the ABLP’s election campaign as it seeks to secure another term in office.
