Sir Steadroy Benjamin dominated on Election Day, retaining St john’s City South
Veteran politician Sir Steadroy “Cutie” Benjamin has once again secured St John’s City South for the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP), delivering a commanding performance in Thursday’s general elections.
Benjamin captured an impressive 72.6 percent of the vote, comfortably defeating the United Progressive Party’s (UPP) candidate, Adrian Williams.
The landslide victory underscores Benjamin’s enduring popularity in the constituency, where he has long maintained a strong political presence and deep connection with constituents.
