IShowSpeed bringing Caribbean tour to Antigua and Barbuda today
Global internet sensation IShowSpeed is heading to Antigua and Barbuda today Sunday, marking the latest stop on his highly anticipated Caribbean tour.
The 21-year-old American YouTuber and streamer — who has been drawing massive crowds across the region — is set to go LIVE from the island, continuing the wave of excitement that has followed him throughout his Caribbean journey.
Already, several local personalities have thrown down the gauntlet ahead of his arrival. Soca artiste Menace, arm wrestler Daniel Antonio, and dancer Timo have all issued challenges to Speed, while sprinter Tyra Fenton has also stepped forward to test him in a competition. Whether he accepts any or all of these challenges is sure to make for unmissable content.
IShowSpeed — real name Darren Jason Watkins Jr. — was born on January 21, 2005, in Cincinnati, Ohio, making him just 21 years old. He is one of the most watched and talked-about content creators on the internet today, celebrated for his chaotic, high-energy, and often unfiltered live streams spanning gaming, IRL travel content, and his famously intense devotion to football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
As of May 2026, he holds the title of Streamer of the Year for both 2024 and 2025 — back-to-back — cementing his status as the dominant figure in live streaming globally.
His numbers are staggering. Across platforms, Speed commands approximately 53.4 million YouTube subscribers, making him the first Black individual creator to surpass 50 million subscribers on the platform. On Instagram he has around 47.4 million followers, on TikTok over 50 million, on Twitter/X over 4 million, and on Twitch approximately 3.8 million followers.
He is widely regarded as one of the most influential content creators in the world.
