A tragic accident on All Saints Road has claimed the life of a worker attached to the National Solid Waste Management Authority after he was reportedly struck by a bus while cutting grass along the roadside on Tuesday.
According to early reports, the man was carrying out grass-cutting duties when the incident occurred. He reportedly sustained severe injuries and died on the spot.
The shocking incident has left co-workers and residents in the area deeply shaken as news of the fatal collision spread quickly.
Police and emergency personnel responded to the scene and investigations are now underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
Up to news time, the identity of the deceased had not been officially released.
