Hopeful Hearts Foundation is appealing to the public for donations ahead of its upcoming Food and Clothing Drive scheduled for June 13, 2026, as the organization continues efforts to support vulnerable families across Antigua and Barbuda.
The initiative aims to provide assistance to families facing difficult circumstances by distributing essential supplies including food, clothing, toiletries, and other basic necessities.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation, Kristine Louisa, said the drive is another opportunity for the community to unite in support of those in need.
“At Hopeful Hearts Foundation, we believe that small acts of kindness can create lasting change,” Louisa said. “This initiative is an opportunity for our community to come together and support families who may be struggling. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference.”
The Foundation is currently seeking donations of children’s clothing for ages five to fifteen, adult clothing for men and women, shoes of all sizes, non-perishable food items, toiletries and hygiene products, as well as blankets and towels.
Organizers say both new and gently used items will be accepted.
The June 13 Food and Clothing Drive forms part of the Foundation’s broader mission of strengthening communities through outreach programmes, humanitarian service, youth empowerment, and advocacy initiatives.
Members of the public, businesses, and organizations interested in contributing are being encouraged to support the initiative and help bring relief to families in need.
