The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) has completed the first phase of its scheduled overnight water infrastructure works, with approximately 400 feet of new water pipe installed along St. Mary’s Street.
The work forms part of APUA’s ongoing water main replacement project using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), a trenchless construction method that minimizes road excavation while allowing for the installation of underground pipelines.
According to APUA, the first night of operations focused on mobilizing equipment and commencing pipe installation, with crews successfully laying roughly 400 feet of new water pipe.

Very impressive I didn’t mind the inconvenience at all. Good work
