​A suspected Robbery attempt at Aunty Cavelle’s Restaurant was abandoned after the establishment’s alarm system was triggered during a late-night break-in on July 9.

Security footage from the restaurant captured an unknown individual entering the building under the cover of darkness. However, the attempt was quickly brought to an end when the alarm sounded, prompting the individual to flee the scene.

The incident is the latest in a series of reported break-ins and attempted robberies affecting businesses, raising renewed concerns among members of the business community about security.
