Clare Hall’s Katherine Pimentel and Antigua Grammar’s Soleil Williams Crowned ECAB Mr. and Miss Teenage 2026

Clare Hall Secondary School’s Katherine Pimentel and Antigua Grammar School’s Soleil Williams were crowned ECAB Miss Teenage 2026 and ECAB Mr. Teenage 2026 following an evening of competition that celebrated the intelligence, talent and leadership of Antigua and Barbuda’s youth.

The annual pageant, held as part of Antigua Carnival 2026 under the theme “Feel the Rhythm of Youth,” saw contestants from secondary schools across the country compete in several judged categories, including interview, personality and aspiration, creative research and performing talent.

Pimentel delivered a standout performance throughout the competition, securing not only the Miss Teenage crown but also several special awards. She was named winner of the Female Personality and Aspiration, Female Interview, and Female Leadership categories, further solidifying her position as the judges’ top choice.

Williams also impressed the judging panel to claim the Mr. Teenage title, representing Antigua Grammar School with confidence and poise throughout the competition.

The first runner-up positions went to Andrisa Thomas of Antigua Girls’ High School and Xion Joseph of St. Joseph’s Academy, while Brianna Lewis of Christ the King High School and Douve’rt Burnes of Clare Hall Secondary School finished as second runners-up.

Several contestants were recognised with special awards for their performances during the pageant.

Thomas captured the Female Creative Research Award and was also presented with the Female Punctuality Award, while Burnes won the Male Creative Research Award.

The Performing Talent awards went to Kallie Guiste of St. Mary’s Secondary School in the female category and Kristopher Lee, also of St. Mary’s Secondary School, in the male division.

Xion Joseph emerged as one of the evening’s biggest individual award recipients, taking home the Male Personality and Aspiration Award, Male Interview Award, Most Congenial, Mr. Photogenic, and the Male Leadership Award.

Other special awards included Miss Photogenic, which was presented to Narla Nathaniel of Jennings Secondary School, while Jahmarly Hunts of Ottos Comprehensive School received the Male Punctuality Award.

The Most Improved awards were presented to Kareem Amedee and Sarah Williams, both of Pares Secondary School.

The ECAB Mr. and Miss Teenage Pageant remains one of Antigua Carnival’s premier youth events, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their confidence, public speaking abilities, creativity and leadership while proudly representing their schools.

Organisers congratulated all contestants for their dedication and praised the schools, teachers and families whose support helped make this year’s competition another successful celebration of youth excellence.
