VIDEO: Thieves Strike Same Glanvilles Home Twice in Two Days, Stealing Cash, Jewellery and Electronics

Residents of Glanvilles are expressing concern after thieves reportedly targeted the same home on two consecutive days, making off with cash, jewellery, electronics and other valuables.

According to information provided to Antigua.news, the first break-in occurred on Tuesday, July 21, when intruders allegedly gained access to the house by breaking a kitchen window.

The following day, Wednesday, July 22, the thieves reportedly returned, this time smashing a bathroom window to re-enter the property.

The homeowner said the house was ransacked during both incidents, with the burglars leaving rooms in disarray as they searched for valuables.

Among the items reported stolen were jewellery, clothing, shoes, cash, electronics and a sentimental diamond ring, which the owner described as irreplaceable due to its personal significance.

The repeated break-ins have left the family shaken and frustrated, raising concerns about the boldness of the perpetrators and the apparent willingness to return to the same property within 24 hours.

Residents in the area are being urged to remain vigilant, secure their homes and report any suspicious activity to the police.

Anyone with information that could assist investigators is encouraged to contact the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda or Crime Stoppers anonymously. Police are expected to investigate the incidents.
