New legislation is being developed in Antigua and Barbuda to hold parents accountable for protecting children involved in criminal activities.
Prime Minister Gaston Browne has emphasized the need for this new regulation, aiming to address the involvement of several young individuals in criminal acts within the country.

I think this is a very good idea, it is known how much some parents can get with protecting their children. If the protection is protection from a crime, it makes sense to charge them as a criminal.
I am with you Mr PM l. I am a single mother with three boys and a girl and I have NEVER had any issues with not one of them. You have to be firm with your children from young.Am not saying they have never fall out of line but they were swiftly put bk in it.

Some parents make they children get away with too much nonsense
Some mothers try their best as a single parent. The PM should know that. It is not easy on a single mother. The father should be the ones to pay the full blunt of this new legislation.
