Congratulations to Nurse Willock. This should be a continual pattern every year or every six months (Semi-Annually) in rewarding our healthcare professionals for their dedication and hard work. It is also a good motivational factor for them. There are so many different types rewards factors out there for employers to use in motivating their employees. This also goes for all government employees including teachers.
