He’s the only prime minister in the region to contract Covid three times. At least knowingly.

Trinidad and Tobago’s Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley again tested positive for Covid.

He was experiencing mild symptoms on Friday before he got tested.

The office of the Prime Minister said that based on this, Rowley will remain in isolation in keeping with the current COVID-19 protocols.

On April 6, 2021, Rowley tested positive for the virus for the first time and was isolated. He was confirmed positive again on July 29, 2022.
