Skerrit spent US$26.64 million on last elections.?

The amount of money allegedly spent on political campaigns in Dominica; well at least for the last general elections was for want of a better word-obscene.

If at all the Dominica Labour Party spent that whopping amount or this was just a tentative budget, it surely is exorbitant, especially at a time when the tiny island was still recovering from Hurricane Maria.

Here is a copy of the budget, or what was spent during the last elections two and a half years ago.
