Sukie, a popular entertainer from Dominica has been denied bail in Grenada.

The 36-year-old whose real name is Shane Edwards was charged over the weekend with indecent assault.

He was expected to perform at an event in Grenada over the weekend. He got arrested before his gig.

Edwards from Roseau was denied bail and remanded when he appeared before His Majesty’s Prison in Grenada following his first court appearance Monday.

The entertainer’s next court appearance is December 1.
