Press Statement

Close to 100 pounds of cannabis were seized at the Deep Water Harbour on Monday 15 May.

Both the Police and Customs Departments conducted a joint drug operation at the main seaport and discovered two barrels with 97 sealed packages of Cannabis inside.

The substance weigh a total of 97 pounds with an estimated value $582,000.

Further investgations are ongoing into the matter.
