Residents in the neighboring island of Dominica are expressing outrage over the severe beating of a woman by a popular businessman from a community in the south of the island

The woman is seen being slapped around by the man. When another man tried to intervene, he was also slapped in the face by the abuser.

He then proceeded to beat the woman, kicking and shoving her in the process

Reports from Dominica are that this is not the first female to have received public beatings from the said man

He has never been arrested for the crime.

“It is a sad day in Dominica when a woman can be beaten like that but it is even worse when the same woman goes right back into his den”, one woman wrote on social media
