Reports reaching Antigua News state that a storeroom at the Park Lane Properties construction site recently fell victim to a break-in, resulting in the theft of eight AC units, a quantity of five-gallon paints, and various construction equipment.

The incident is said to have occurred between December 3 and December 4 in Upper Gambles.

The perpetrators reportedly managed to gain access to the room on the compound without the use of force.

Simultaneously, another incident reportedly unfolded where thieves targeted a construction site in Blackmans. This time, the stolen items included washroom fittings, five bags of cement, electrical wires, electrical fittings, a junction box, and a quantity of shower fittings.

In the days leading up to these incidents, construction materials were also reportedly pilfered from a house on Desouza Road. Reports indicate that six pieces of 4x4x20 lumber were stolen from a house under construction.

Presently, the police are actively investigating these matters to apprehend the responsible parties.
