Kerzner International Holdings Limited has recently announced its plans to build a new luxurious One&Only resort and a community of Private Homes in Antigua.

This highly anticipated addition to the One&Only collection is scheduled to open in 2027, and it promises to offer an unprecedented level of luxury and hospitality to its guests.

The resort will be situated at Half Moon Bay, on the serene southeastern side of the island. It has been chosen specifically because of its exceptional location and breathtaking landscapes.

The 132-acre site will feature a secluded semi-circular beach, surrounded by a protected national park, and stunning cliffs that offer panoramic views of the Caribbean.

The resort’s architectural design will be in harmony with its surroundings, and the development process will have minimal impact on the area’s ecosystem.
