Shots Fired at OCS Sports Day Activities

Gunshots brought the Ottos Comprehensive School’s Sports Day activities to an early halt.

Hundreds of students donned their house colors had been gathered at the YMCA for competition in various sporting disciplines when the shots rang out just outside the facility.  Children were seen running in every direction away from the purported source of the gunfire.

Police Officers arrived quickly on the scene and, after initial investigations, took three students into custody for further inquiry.

The institution has been beset by spates of violence and vandalism in recent years.

  1. If it is school students who are responsible, their parents need to hold accountable with them. Who are these children parents?? What went wrong in the home of these children??
