Antigua and Barbuda was represented at the CTO Caribbean Week in New York with a delegation led by the Hon. Charles ‘Max’ Fernandez Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation, & Investment, and Mr. Colin C. James CEO of the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority. The team participated in various meetings and media interviews throughout the week. The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA) also sponsored a Women’s Empowerment Awards Breakfast.

As the sister event of the World Travel Awards, which was launched in 1994, the World Cruise Awards are celebrated for recognizing and honoring excellence in the global cruise industry.
Voting for the awards is currently open and runs from 20 May to 6 October 2024.
