MP Chet Greene opens Annual Summer Camp in St. Paul’s

Member of Parliament for the St. Paul’s constituency, Hon. E.P. Chet Greene opened the 2024 edition of the St. Paul’s Summer Camp for children aged between 5-13 years old yesterday.

According to Greene, the camp will run for two weeks, 1-12 July with a bonus week if the children behave themselves.

At the opening of camp yesterday at the Liberta Primary School there were 167 children registered and Greene anticipates that numbers will swell to 200 or more as parents and children take up the opportunities available.
Among the activities on offer at this years camp are;

Horseback riding
Sailing
Tennis
Squash
Pickleball
Guitar
Pan
Piano
Robotics
Warri
Chess
Cooking
Movie day at Caribbean Cinemas
Hiking with the MP

At the end camp 2024, it is expected that the young participants would have each learned a new skill, made new friends and experienced different levels of socialization. Camp 2024 is organized under the theme, Youth Empowered to Succeed (YES).
