Gov’t to Waive Import Duty on Air Condition Units From July to September
During the hot months of July, August, and September 2024, the Cabinet has decided to waive the Import Duty on air conditioners that are imported by homeowners or for sale to homeowners.
However, the Residential Rental Complex (RRC) and the Accommodation and Baggage Service Tax (ABST) will still apply during this period
