In a heart-wrenching incident, an elderly woman was robbed of her valuables, including a prized possession – her gold tooth.

The incident possibly took place on Saturday evening in Green Bay Mrs. Johnson, 78, recounted the traumatic event, expressing that while she understands the need for the thief to take valuables, she earnestly wishes to return her gold tooth.

“It has sentimental value. I usually keep it in a chest of draws together with my bracelets and some other pendants. It was given to me by someone I hold very near and dear to me. He died a few years ago. This is but one of the only gifts I still have of him,” she said.

“They also took other things in my house, but I don’t care about them,” she said.

The elderly woman suspects the perpetrator may have entered her house when she went to the Grays Farm Clinic for her monthly health check-up.

The community has rallied around Mrs. Johnson, expressing their outrage and support. 

As the investigation unfolds, the community remains hopeful for the safe return of Mrs. Johnson’s cherished possession.
