James emphasized the union’s commitment to finding a peaceful resolution, stating, “We are not expecting that we will come back to the striking line. We are expecting that the matter will be resolved.” This statement reflects a growing confidence in the negotiation process and the willingness of both sides to find common ground.

The union leader also noted a positive shift in the company’s approach, saying, “Management seems to have a desire to have the matter resolved.” This apparent change in attitude from the company’s leadership has been crucial in facilitating the return to work and setting a constructive tone for upcoming negotiations.

While specific details of the disputed issues remain undisclosed, the agreement to return to work while continuing negotiations represents a significant de-escalation of tensions.
