Furthermore, the meeting aims to focus on the operationalization of the Multilateral Air Services Agreement (MASA), which aims to establish a single market for air transport services within the Community.
The heads of government will review progress toward the objectives of achieving full free movement and a 25 percent reduction in food imports by 2025. Additionally, there will be discussions on the Strategy for Regional Digital Resilience 2025-2030.
