Police arrested Patrick Spooner of Villa for possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
On Thursday, August 1, the police executed a warrant at his home and found one Beretta .32 mm automatic pistol with six matching rounds of ammunition and a single 9mm round.
He was taken into custody and will be charged for committing the offences.
