12 bodies discovered on drifting vessel off Nevis
Authorities have confirmed that twelve bodies were discovered aboard a drifting vessel off the coast of Nevis earlier today (Jan. 29).
According to police, the St. Kitts and Nevis Defense Force (SKNDF) Coast Guard responded to reports of the boat shortly before midday.
Upon investigation, they found twelve deceased individuals on board. Their identities remain unknown at this time.
The vessel has since been towed back to St. Kitts for further examination as investigations continue.
