The defendant, who is in his early fifties, is charged with sexual assault offenses (rape and serious indecency) allegedly committed in February 2023.

The complainant is a woman in her early 20’s with a developmental disability that affects her cognitive functioning.

According to prosecutors, the defendant initially met the complainant through social media.

They allege that on February 15, 2023, he took her to an abandoned location where he sexually assaulted her.

The accused has entered pleas of not guilty to all charges. He is being represented by defence counsel Lawrence Daniels. Justice Ann Marie Smith is the presiding judge.

It is easy for a bus driver to fall for these kinds of things. I wonder if the woman is yelling the truth. Sometimes these ladies bitter nowah

Well, to be honest, bus drivers have a rep for doing those things. It’s alarming to think that someone who is in a position of trust, like a bus driver, could be facing such serious charges. But he is human. I hope the truth comes out during the proceedings. It’s important for justice to be served, both for the accused and for any victims involved.

I wasn’t there so I don’t know what happened, but if he did in fact commit the offence, I say CASTRATE his ass forthwith. I view every man as a suspect.

Innocent untill proven guilty but if u are indeed guilty by virtue of you actually commiting the act then may you get what you deserve
