The lifeless body of a German-born United States (US) citizen was discovered inside his rented dwelling house at Dublanc on Monday 24th, February 2025.
Police sources said the body was discovered at about 6:15PM.
The man was identified as 64-year-old Jonathan Marc Allein who arrived in Dominica on the 4th of December 2024.
His body was transported to the Portsmouth Hospital where it was medically examined and pronounced deceased later that evening and is being stored pending an autopsy.
The preliminary investigation did not suggest foul play. Nonetheless, investigation is ongoing.
