    To owe someone 8 million in rent, especially when the building looks like that would have to mean that you did not pay rent for many many years. Pay up world boss. your rent is overdue!

    Gaston, the man responsible for the country’s finances, please pay Mr Ryan the rent the government owes. Mr Ryan needs to keep his building’s maintenance up to good standards. Despite all the government’s revenues, it still can’t pay its rent. It’s a shame.
