Just days after winning the Primary in St. George, Michael Freeland has been in sworn in a senator.

Freeland will take up the vacant position left by Hon. Rawdon Turner.

This is the second time Freeland has been appointed to the Upper House of Parliament. He served from 2014-2018.

Freeland is no stranger to the political arena, being the son of former ABLP stalwart Adolphus Freeland.

The sports administrator took his oath just moments ago at Government House infront of his family, friends, supporters, ABLP party colleagues and ministers of government.

  2. Benefits of being well connected. Congratulations to him. Just shows the hypocrisy of the ABLP as well. When Shugy won the took so long to swear him in. When it’s their ppl. They swear them in the same week
