A floating symbol of unity and diplomacy has arrived in Antigua and Barbuda. The Venezuelan Simón Bolívar Training Ship, affectionately known as “The Ambassador Without Borders,” has docked in St. John’s as part of its Caribbean Alliance 2025 tour.

The visit of the training ship goes beyond showcasing naval training; it serves to strengthen the historical and diplomatic ties between Venezuela and Antigua and Barbuda. The ship’s presence exemplifies the commitment to fostering deeper connections and collaborations in the region.

Antiguan officials welcomed the crew and highlighted the significance of such exchanges in promoting peace and cooperation throughout the Caribbean.

As the tour progresses, the focus will remain on building relationships that can benefit both nations.

The Simón Bolívar Training Ship is not only a vessel for naval training but also a messenger of goodwill, traveling through the Caribbean and enhancing diplomatic ties wherever it docks.

The Antigua and Barbuda stop is a testament to the enduring friendship between the two nations.
