In a shocking incident, a 29-year-old man took the life of his girlfriend on Friday before ending his own two days later.
Artie Nixon, a resident of Marigot, killed 42-year-old Daniella Nasha Fontaine from the same community and shockingly recorded the act, sharing it on social media.
Following the tragic event, Nixon consumed a toxic substance shortly afterward and was rushed to the Dominica-China Friendship Hospital (DCFH) for urgent care. Unfortunately, he passed away around 9:30 AM on Sunday.
Initial reports suggest that the tragic incident, which resulted in Fontaine’s death, occurred in a residential area during the early hours of the morning.
Fontaine’s body was examined on the scene and confirmed dead by the District Medical Doctor.
The value of a human life has gone down tremendously in recent times.right now you have to even be so careful how you drive because your life could be taken from you without you getting into an accident
So if he was planning on killing himself why did he not do so and leave the young lady’s alone. It is his life. Do what you want with it but leave another person’s own.
