Anthony Smith is the Member of Parliament (MP) for All Saints West, representing the United Progressive Party. He resigned from the UPP and was appointed as the Minister of Agriculture under the ABLP government. Although he sits on the neutral line in parliament, he is visible at all events organized by the governing party.
