Teenagers Robbed at Gunpoint in Cashew Hill

A group of teenagers was robbed at gunpoint by six masked men while walking near the Cashew Hill playing field.

Jacqueline Quezada reported the alarming event to the CID, stating that her 16-year-old son, Joel Toussaint, was among the victims.

According to Quezada, the group was approached by the assailants, who were all dressed in black clothing and armed with handguns

Witness reports indicate that one of the masked men demanded, “Come off the bike,” prompting Toussaint to comply and hand over two bicycles—a 24-frame blue bike valued at $800 ECC and a 20-frame black and blue bike worth $1,000 ECC. After the robbery, the suspects fled the scene heading north.

Authorities were quick to respond, but despite extensive searches conducted in the area for any suspects fitting the description, no arrests have been made.
