Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment, and Civil Service Affairs, Mr. Colin Okeiffe, continues his ongoing series of visits to departments and facilities under his portfolio.
As part of these efforts, the Permanent Secretary recently toured the national landfill, where he engaged with staff and stakeholders to assess current operations and conditions on the ground. Mr. Okeiffe reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to modernising public health infrastructure, and underscored the importance of collaborative planning in addressing long-standing environmental challenges.

So everyone has on protective gear as they should but he as the head sets no good example
Modern technology? Please include methane capture and leachate management. We can’t keep burying trash like it’s 1980.
