Two Individuals Arrested and Charged with Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Drugs

Police report that they have arrested and charged Mandella Spencer, 39, and Nyana Alfred, 23, both from Cedar Valley, with multiple drug and ammunition offenses.

Charges include Possession of four (.25mm) rounds of ammunition, Unlawful possession of 368.9 grams of cannabis, possession of cannabis with intent to transfer, possession of 0.2 grams of cocaine, and Cultivation of cannabis.

The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Task Force conducted the operation to apprehend the suspects in Cedar Valley on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. They are expected to appear in court to face charges.
