The Antigua and Barbuda Falcons have confirmed seasoned Pakistani all-rounder Imad Wasim as their captain for the 2025 Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) season, with local powerhouse Rahkeem Cornwall appointed as vice-captain.
The announcement was made on Wednesday at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort as the Falcons gear up for the tournament’s opening matches.
Imad, entering his second season with the franchise, boasts an impressive resume with more than 400 T20 appearances worldwide and 130 international caps for Pakistan. Known for his calm leadership and match-winning skills, he is expected to bring both strategic depth and steady guidance to the team.
Cornwall, a fan favorite and explosive all-rounder from Antigua and Barbuda, will provide strong local representation in the leadership group.
